Thank you for this comparison, your video is 1 out of 2 videos on all of youtube demonstrating the Bass Clone with guitar. Just a note though, the MXR analog chorus is a notorious tone sucker so it might be affecting the pedals after it.

i see comments on pedal comparisons all the time saying “now THIS is how you do it. you sir, have earned a subscriber!” (to a channel that barely uploads), but i am not sure why in the several years since this upload that other pedal comparisons have not replicated this exact video. this is probably the most useful and helpful pedal comparison video i have watched, totally eliminates the bias while also explaining details of the sound along the way. excellent stuff.

You get a sub for showing the noise of the pedal when on but with no sound input. Can't tell you how important that is for me but never gets featured in a review.

These sound more like fuzz pedals .

I`ve spent many hours watching videos about vibrato pedal comparisons. This one is the best! No talking, two settings per pedal, right choice and length of the sample, nice background and a few words per pedal written on the side. Just perfect!

Pedal shootout done right. Make the pedals front and center in the shot, use a loop that brings out their best characteristics, use snippits of on-screen text to add useful context. I like how the shot is framed by junk food wrappers. Nice touch.
